Privacy policy

Signlight is a Confluence Cloud app published under the Reware Apps brand and operated by Reware ApS. It adds a version-aware sign-off to Confluence pages while keeping the data footprint deliberately small.

Data Signlight stores

For each page that uses Signlight, the app may store:

Data Signlight does not store

Signlight does not copy or store the body of your Confluence page, attachments, comments, passwords or Atlassian login credentials. A user's display name and avatar are rendered by Atlassian from the stored account ID; Signlight does not store those profile fields.

How the data is used

The data is used only to show whether a page is unsigned, signed or changed since signing; identify the active signer; permit that signer to revoke; and retain a limited audit history.

Hosting and sharing

Signlight runs on Atlassian Forge and stores app data in Forge app storage. The app declares no external network egress and does not send signature records to a separate Reware Apps service. Atlassian acts as the platform and infrastructure provider under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and account closure

Sign-off records remain available while the app is installed and the relevant app storage remains active. Audit history is bounded to 100 events per page. When Atlassian reports that an account has been closed, Signlight removes that account ID from stored records; an active sign-off by that account becomes unsigned. Uninstall-related storage follows Atlassian Forge's app data lifecycle.

Your choices and requests

The signer can revoke an active signature directly on the page. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact Reware Apps. A Confluence administrator may also uninstall the app.
