Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Signlight for Coda, a lightweight Pack published under the Reware Apps brand and operated by Reware ApS.

What Signlight provides

Signlight calculates deterministic fingerprints from values you select and renders a traffic-light sign-off status inside Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda). The Pack has no Reware-hosted backend, account system, analytics or external data storage.

Product boundary

Signlight is a collaborative acknowledgement tool. It is not a legal electronic signature, tamper-proof record, regulated approval system, compliance certification or substitute for professional advice. Doc makers and editors may be able to change formulas, buttons and stored values under their workspace permissions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing appropriate formula inputs, limiting workspace access, reviewing a row before signing it, and maintaining any records or backups your organization requires. Do not use the Pack for unlawful activity or represent its status as a guarantee that it does not provide.

Platform terms and charges

Your use of Superhuman Docs remains subject to the platform's terms, permissions and availability. Signlight is free unless its listing clearly states another price. Any future Pack purchase, trial, tax, refund or cancellation is handled through the platform's native billing flow.

Availability and support

The Pack is provided on an as-is and best-effort basis without a service-level agreement. Features may be updated or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reware ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Pack.

Privacy

The Signlight privacy policy explains the Pack's no-egress data flow. The platform provider separately controls your doc, workspace and account data.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using Signlight by removing its formulas, buttons or Pack from your doc. Material changes to these terms will appear here with a new effective date.
